MACLEAPS - a Machine Learning Pipeline for GWAS SNP data

MACLEAPS is a set of tools that make it possible to analyse GWAS data sets using state-of-the-art machine learning techniques, combined into a single analysis pipeline. It was developed as part of the work in the NGFNplus project Functional Genomics of Parkinson`s Disease and is available for download and use at the website of the department for Cognitive Systems at the University of Tuebingen.
